MPA Continuing Education Refund Policy
The Michigan Psychological Association (MPA) strives to provide high-quality continuing education opportunities. To ensure clarity regarding cancellations and refunds, please review our refund policy below:
- Cancellations by MPA: In the rare event that MPA must cancel a training, all registered participants will receive a full refund.
- Refunds: At this time all CEs are live and not recorded for later viewing. MPA does not offer refunds for missed CE trainings. Once a registration is completed, the fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Technical Issues: MPA makes every effort to accommodate accessibility needs. MPA is not responsible for individual technical difficulties, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or user errors.

Continuing Education Policy for Student Members
MPA is proud to support students and trainees on their professional journey. Our student membership level is tailored for those holding temporary limited licenses, and we’re committed to helping you meet your current licensure requirements.
In alignment with Michigan's licensure guidelines, continuing education for these licenses typically includes only Implicit Bias and Human Trafficking. As an added benefit to our discounted student membership, MPA provides CE certificates for student members who participate in MPA activities that fulfill these two requirements. CE certificates are not provided at the student registrant level for any other MPA CE activities.
If your licensure status includes additional CE requirements or you're unsure which category you fall into, we encourage you to contact the MPA office before registering. We're happy to help ensure you get the support you need.
