The next WPS meeting is on Sunday, September 12, 2021 from 2-3:30 pm and will be on Zoom.

Dr. Miea Moon will speak on “Practical Approaches for Chronic Pain Management.” Participants in this webinar will be given an overview of evidence-based strategies and practical resources for chronic pain management that can be used by psychologists working in a variety of settings. Topics will include pain education, stress management, communication, emotion regulation, activity pacing and scheduling, sleep hygiene, nutrition, and relaxation, mindfulness, and hypnosis skills training.

1 hour of free CE credit is available for MPA members who attend this presentation. This presentation accounts for one of the two CE credits needed for pain management for license renewal.
