An attorney, Deborah Williamson, has agreed to provide one complimentary consultation of not more than one hour of attorney or legal assistant time. The one hour is not intended as an entitlement of 60 minutes to each MPA member, but is provided to establish a cap at which the consultation being provided is no longer complimentary.
